On which channel more shoppers are closing the deals? Is it Desktop/Tablet/Smartphone?

                         Smart Techie

In the recent years the digital disruption happened and the e-Commerce site providers are opening up more channels to the shoppers to get the traffic. The omnichannel become a buzz word in e-Commerce world. Let us see some statistics about the conversion rate on Desktop/Tablet/Smartphone.

Smartphone Shoppers Rarely Close the Deal

The above stats are more inclined towards the desktop where shoppers/visitors are converted into purchases. Then, why the shoppers are using tablet/smartphone to visit the store? They might be using smart phone/tablet to discover the right product, compare the prices and make the cart ready to purchase. The smartphone/tablet is more handy to research about the products, compare the prices, features etc… That means, these channels are providing more traffic to the website and this is the motivation factor to the e-Commerce site providers to invest more effort and money to launch the site on channels like smart phone and tablet and the shoppers may turn into purchasers on desktop/tablet/smartphone.

Happy learning !!!
